Etsy, Amazon, and owned sites — how we use each channel

Buyers meet Bradley Brand and Saline River Workshop across more than one door: the owned sites, Etsy, and occasional marketplace listings. This note is how we use each channel — not a promise that every SKU sits in every cart, and not invented storefront prices.

If you are comparing a series table, island, or commission, start with the channel that matches your intent: craft depth, retail browsing, or marketplace habits. Then bring photos and dimensions to a quote.

bradleybrandfurniture.com — craft & commission

BBF is the mothership for heritage, process photography, series essays, and the commission path. Read Heritage, Materials, Process, and the Collection pages when you need buyer proof — unfinished joinery, shop sequence, place context — before you lock dimensions.

Shop SKUs exist here for portfolio clarity; pricing stays request-quote. Institutional orientation ranges published elsewhere on the site are orientation only, not SKU stickers.

salineriverworkshop.com — retail workshop face

Saline River Workshop is the named retail / workshop brand that matches marketplace search habits for Saline Creek and Saline River naming. Same Wilmar shop standards; leaner IA aimed at browsing named series and requesting a quote. Cross-links back to BBF heritage so craft depth is not duplicated into thin encyclopedia pages.

Etsy — marketplace browsing

Our Etsy shop (salineriverworkshop) is for shoppers who already live in marketplace flows. Listings and shipping policies follow Etsy’s rules; they are not a mirror of every owned-site essay. If a listing and an owned page disagree on finish or size language, ask — do not assume invented catalog math.

Amazon and other marketplaces

When present, Amazon or similar listings are overflow / discovery — not the place we publish full mill heritage or unfinished joinery galleries. Use them to find the brand, then move to BBF or SRW for craft questions and accurate quote packets. We will not invent reviews or star counts for owned-site pages.

How to choose without thrashing

Researching craft or a custom form? Stay on BBF — Commission, Journal, craft pages.

Browsing named series to request a quote? SRW shop or BBF collection, then contact with the quote checklist.

Already on Etsy? Message there or open a quote on the owned site with the same photos/dimensions so the shop sees one brief.

Channels are doors into one workshop. Pick the door that matches how you buy; judge the piece by grain, joinery, finish, and how clearly we answer — not by which domain you typed first.
